Keep in mind that last-minute changes are subject to availability, so it's a good practice to reach out to us well in advance of your event to ensure that we can meet your requirements. We advise booking your delivery for the Thursday before your big weekend, that way, if you miss the courier they will try again the next day and you'll still have the equipment delivered in time before your party.
Our couriers also provide a text with a one hour delivery window and tracking information so you will have notice of their arrival.
We've deliberately chosen tents that are super easy to set up - you just need to screw the ends together in 6 places and that's it! The sheets are already on the duvet and pillows for you, so just pop the tents together, add the mattress underneath, complete with duvet and pillow then add the accessories. It doesn't take long at all! You will have a full set of instructions to show you exactly how to put it all together and we're always on hand by phone or email if you have any questions.
